The customer picks a shop before they call

About 97 percent of consumers read reviews before choosing a local business. If the shop four blocks over has 180 reviews and you have 11, the customer never gets far enough to compare your work to theirs. Review count is not vanity. It is the first filter.

The asking

12 ask scripts for the counter, for SMS, for email and for the phone. Different words for the customer who just had a $2,400 job done and the one who came in for a wiper blade. Then a 30-day plan that gives you one small job a day, ten minutes each, so this gets built without becoming a project.

The QR code generator

An HTML file you open in your browser. Paste in your shop's own Google review link and it generates a real, working QR code on the spot, entirely offline. No app, no account, no internet connection, no third-party service sitting between you and your customers. Then it prints, with your shop name already on them:

  • Hand-out cards, 4 to a page
  • A counter table tent
  • Invoice inserts, 10 to a page
  • A waiting-room sign

Six more printables come with the playbook.

The replying

40 reply templates covering five-star, four-star, three-star, one and two-star, fake reviews, and the price complaint, which gets its own category because it needs its own answer. The point of a reply is never the reviewer. It is the next customer reading it.

The profile

A 28-point Google Business Profile checklist with click-path instructions. Where to click, in what order. Most shops have four or five of these wrong and have never looked.

This follows Google's rules

No incentives, no discounts for reviews, no gating, no fake reviews, no review-buying services.

Every script and every printable in here asks the same thing of every customer, which is what Google's review policies require. Incentives and gating, meaning asking happy customers publicly and unhappy ones privately, get reviews removed and profiles suspended, and shops that go that route lose the reviews they already had. There is no shortcut in this product because the shortcuts do not survive.

The tracker

An Excel workbook that logs every review you get and calculates how many more five-star reviews it takes to reach the average rating you are aiming at. It works in Excel and Google Sheets.

What is in the file

A 33-page PDF playbook, the HTML card generator, the Excel tracker, and 10 FAQs on the questions shop owners actually ask. One-time payment of $23.90. Instant download. The cards print from any browser. No subscription.
